Over the course of 2020-21, we operated a Mobile Market in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic to make fresh produce and other critical resources accessible throughout our North Philadelphia community. Between 2020 and 2021, we organized 198 markets at 8 Key locations throughout North Philadelphia. Through these efforts and several key partners, we distributed approximately 67,000lbs of produce, 104,135 fresh meals, 35,300 diapers, 122,872 menstrual products, 1,178 books, and hundreds of PPE items to our community. In 2021, we also began to host several local artists and vendors during our markets at Life Do Grow farm as a way of supporting the emergence of a hyper-localized economy in North Philly.

Take a virtual tour of our 2020 Mobile Market at historic North Philadelphia locations including the Church of the Advocate and Uptown Theater.
